1. Custom products
- Custom products (with a printed, embroidered, or sublimated logo or design) are NOT eligible for return or refund, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error by FABIINK STUDIO LLC relative to the mockup approved by the customer.
- Once an order is confirmed, production proceeds according to the approved preview (mockup). Errors present in the design approved by the customer are not the responsibility of FABIINK STUDIO LLC.
2. Design rights
- The customer represents that they own or have authorization for any logo, trademark, image, or design uploaded to this site.
- FABIINK STUDIO LLC does not verify ownership of the files received and may refuse or cancel orders that, in its judgment, infringe third-party rights or contain illegal or offensive content.
3. Prices and taxes
- All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
- Posted prices do not include taxes or shipping unless expressly stated. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before payment is confirmed.
4. Production and delivery times
- Stated production times are estimates and may vary depending on quantity, customization technique, and material availability.
- Transit times depend on the carrier and are not under the control of FABIINK STUDIO LLC.
5. Accounts and site use
- The customer is responsible for the information they provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.
- This site is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older and for businesses.
6. Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Manatee County, Florida.
